The Ultimate Smudge Pack contains several energy cleansing tools including California White Sage, Cedar, Yerba Santa and Palo Santo Sticks.

California White Sage is used to cleanse negative thoughts and influences, clear energy, restore balance, provide protection and deliver spiritual blessing.

Directions:

Hand-tied Bundles of California White Sage, Cedar, & Yerba Santa : Ignite your bundle to initiate the fragrant smoke.  While burning your bundle, say a prayer and gently sway your bundle around the area.  After smudging, extinguish the lighted embers of the bundle.

Palo Santo Sticks:  To ignite, hold stick at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down towards the flame.  Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow it out. Place smoldering stick in an incense burner or a fire proof bowl for smudging or aromatherapy.
