Palo Santo Sticks

Palo Santo (AKA Holy Wood) has a sweet woodsy aroma with notes of pine, mint and lemon. Palo Santo has many beneficial properties including restoring tranquility, clearing negative energy and increasing calmness.

Instructions: Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo Stick.  Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down towards the flame.  Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow it out. Place smoldering stick in an incense burner or a fire proof bowl for smudging or aromatherapy.
