CLEAR QUARTZ: Color is clear. Clear Quartz is known to provide clarity, clearing, cleansing and healing. It is also a programmable stone that will amplify one’s intentions, emotions and energy. Corresponds to all Chakras.

SEVEN CHAKRA INFORMATION

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. Chakras are thought to provide subtle energy that correspond to certain organs and to function at their best they need to stay open or balanced. When they are blocked, it is believed that the person may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.

There are seven main chakras that run along your spine which starts at the base of your spine and extends to the crown of your head.

Root Chakra – Muladhara (Sanskrit)

The root chakra is located at the base of your spine. It is associated with the color red and its element is earth. The root chakra is thought to be responsible for your feeling of ambition, security, stability, and survival.

Sacral Chakra – Svadhishthana (Sanskrit)

The sacral chakra is located just below the navel. It is associated with the color orange and its element is water. The sacral chakra is thought to be responsible for your compassion, creativity, self-worth, and sexuality.

Solar Plexus Chakra – Manipura (Sanskrit )

The solar plexus chakra is located between the ribcage and the navel, in your stomach area. It is associated with the color yellow and its element is fire. The solar plexus chakra is thought to be responsible for confidence, self-esteem, and emotions like ego, anger, and aggression.

Heart chakra - Anahata (Sanskrit)

The heart chakra is located in the center of your chest near the heart. It is associated with the color green and its element is air. The heart chakra is thought to be responsible for love, compassion, trust, and passion.

Throat chakra – Vishuddha (Sanskrit)

The throat chakra is located in the throat. It is associated with the color blue and its element is ether. The throat chakra is thought to be responsible for communication, self-expression, and confidence.

Third eye chakra – Ajna (Sanskrit)

The third eye chakra is located between the eyebrows. It is associated with the color indigo and has no elemental association. The third eye chakra is thought to be responsible for intellect, intuition, imagination, wisdom, and spiritual power.

Crown chakra – Sahastrara (Sanskrit)

The crown chakra is located at the top of the head. It is associated with the color violet and has not elemental association. The crown chakra is thought to be responsible for the connection to a person’s higher self, enlightenment, energetic thoughts, life’s purpose, the universe and is the most spiritual of the central chakras.
