California White Sage & Palo Santo Sticks

The California White Sage and Palo Santo Sticks pack includes a bundle of California White Sage and two Palo Santo (Holy Wood) Sticks. Each bundle is hand-tied and measures 3”- 5” in length.

California White Sage is used to cleanse negative thoughts and influences, clear energy, restore balance, provide protection and deliver spiritual blessing.

Palo Santo (AKA Holy Wood) has a sweet woodsy aroma with notes of pine, mint and lemon. Palo Santo has many beneficial properties including restoring tranquility, clearing negative energy, increasing calmness, relieving common cold symptoms and reducing headaches.

Directions:

Hand-tied Bundle of California White Sage: Ignite your bundle to initiate the fragrant smoke.  While burning your bundle, say a prayer and gently sway your bundle around the area.  After smudging, extinguish the lighted embers of the bundle. Each bundle is hand-tied and measures 3”- 5” in length.

Palo Santo Sticks:  To ignite, hold stick at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down towards the flame.  Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow it out. Place smoldering stick in an incense burner or a fire proof bowl for smudging or aromatherapy.
